Getting Involved

24/7 Prayer for Wycombe and St Peter’s Community
24-7 Prayer is an international, interdenominational movement of prayer, mission and justice; a non-stop prayer meeting that has continued for every minute of this century so far, in over half the countries on Earth.

Thirty-five churches in High Wycombe join together to cover our town in prayer 24/7, 365 days a year.
Neighbourhood Prayer
The aim of this National initiative is for every street to have a Christian praying for it.  We encourage everyone in our church, wherever they live, to commit to pray for their street.
Loudwater Community Blessing
At St Peter's we believe we are a church without walls and are here to serve the community of Loudwater in the name of Jesus.  This includes praying the Lord's blessing on every part of community life.  A daily prayer of blessing is available to so that you can join in too. This is also available to download.
Sunday morning Prayer Service
Every Sunday at 8.45am for 45 minutes we meet in Church to pray for topics concerning church, community, national life and our world.
Each year we participate in the national Try Praying initiative during the fortnight leading up to Easter.  See for more details.
Prayer walking
We consider it important to pray over community and, usually at least once a month, we do this by Prayer Walking around the parish as well as by praying within the church community.
Praying for Israel
Every Thursday from 11:00am (for an hour) we meet in the Prayer Room to pray for Israel, the “Apple of God’s Eye” (Zechariah 2:8), and the nation to whom the Lord Yeshua will soon return, as evidenced by the return of the Jews to Israel (Aliyah) in direct fulfilment of biblical prophecy.
Please see here for further information.

Currently all our meetings are suspended for the forseeable future, BUT we are still here!
