TWL
The aim of TWL is to TREAT all WITH LOVE, teaching that Jesus is the TRUTH WAY and LIFE, and build up the young people of our church to be confident Disciples of Christ, creating opportunities for them to lead the youth group and play a significant part in the main congregation, TEENS WANNA LEAD.
TWL is a Christian Youth Group for 11 – 14 years olds.
Meeting on Sunday mornings @ 9 – 10.15 during term time.
A typical Sunday morning would consist of 30mins chill out and breakfast and then a 45 min session of either, teaching, application learning or worship.
SOCIALS – TWL usually hold at least one social activity per month; at Christmas we had a Dinner/Karaoke party with over 35 young people; other activities have ranged from night hikes through the woods, bowling, sleepovers, Delirious concerts and the Grassroots’ music festival.
We aim to meet the needs of all, creating opportunities for our youth to get involved with all that’s going on in the diocese and further afield.
