Dave Renno was a member of the Rock Solid youth leadership team at St Peter's in the 1990s. He enrolled at London Bible College and, in 1999, went out to Uganda on a six week project, as part of his course.  The visit changed his life.  He went back the following year for "three years" and a decade later he's still there leading an exciting youth discipleship programme, Deep Roots, which could yet change a nation. 

The co-founder of Deep Roots is Captain Asanasio. Together Dave and Captain have built a team who create materials for and run the discipleship programme for young people across a large area of south west Uganda.
