Building Project

We completed the first phase of our building project, which involved a major refurbishment of the church, in October 2006.  You can see how much changed during building project progress.

One of the great surprises during construction was the discovery of a time capsule.  This showed that we were going through a similar process to our Victorian predecesors.

The project was funded by donations from the congregation.  We also made a point of giving from our building fund to support other long term projects.

What ever next?  The re-ordering of the church is only the first phase in a "master plan" which we hope will eventually allow us to upgrade our other buildings for further community use.  Among other things, we hope to be able to add a coffee shop / cafe!
